I hope your Mark Lawrenson-esque predictions are wrong mate and that Boro annhilate Wigan :)

think wigan are a hard side to beat under steve bruce, up front with king, heskey and bent they have hard working forwards.

boro are solid at the back and in midfield, but up front they lack something. if you can get Alves in then it's a different story! He scores for fun (albeit in Holland).

yeah tell me about it .. yet another shed-load of chances in the 1st half tonight and only 1 of them taken. Had to hang on at the end for the win, but I thought Boro would win today (although i did think we'd get 2) but i'll take 1-0 i guess!! Roll on Alves for the weekend hopefully

i had an absolute shocker last night, didn't get one result right. the newcastle prediction was more of a hope being a united fan. but of course arsenal steam rolled a shit newcastle side.

what do you make of dennis wise being at the club? just another tosser to add to the rank of many tossers at NUFC.

haha yeah, obviously i'm going to agree, but i think most football fans (whoever they support) seem to agree with that point

they're STILL going on about Keegan on sky sports news now .. they should just get over it! He's not going to transform the club into a cup winning team, because they arent, and he especially isn't when they havent even signed anyone!

Wise's job just seems to be 'sit in the executive lounge at games, attend some games wherever you like and tell keegan who you think he should sign ... although he doesnt have to listen to you!' - what a job!
